About us
Who's behind it
My name is Filip Humler, and I’ve experienced the journey many young athletes dream of—and today, I help them make it their reality.
I studied at a high school in the Czech Republic and played for the top-league team VK Jihostroj České Budějovice. I was part of the youth national team, became a European champion and runner-up in my age category—and it was sport that opened the door to the world for me.
In 2018, I moved to the U.S. to study at the University of Hawaiʻi, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and went on to complete a master’s in marketing management.
Every year, I competed in the NCAA national finals with my team, winning the national championship twice. On top of that, we won the Big West Conference Tournament three times.
After graduating, I worked as a marketing manager for OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels in the famous Waikīkī district on the island of Oʻahu.
Today, I use my experience and connections to help other athletes find the right university, secure a scholarship, and head to the USA to pursue both their studies and their sport.
